Our Flexibility Promise 🏆
We guarantee you no charge for rescheduling your trip, up to 30 days* before departure. You have complete freedom to rearrange your trip without any cost**, up to 30 days before you’re due to depart. That means we’ll postpone your travel dates or make changes to your itinerary at no expense to you and with no questions asked.
We’ve also temporarily* extended our payment policy so you pay your final instalment (80%) 30 days prior to arrival, instead of the usual 60.
As a highly personalised and service-driven company, Indian Excursions is keen to support all our guests in helping you to make the best possible decisions around your travel plans. Every guest’s situation is different, and so we always make recommendations on a case-by-case basis. As always, our primary priority is the health, wellbeing and happiness of our guests and staff, and we will continue to take any action necessary to support those travelling with us as fully as possible.
*Valid for all bookings made from 10th June to 30th September 2020, for arrivals prior to 28th February 2022. Travel dates may be moved up to 31st March 2022.

Daily Update – Wednesday, 12th August 2020
The number of COVID-19 cases in India stands at 2,329,638 as of this morning. Out of the 2,329,638 COVID-19 cases reported across the country, 1,639,599 patients have recovered while 46,091 people died. In response to the WHO declaring the virus as a pandemic, India closed its borders to all foreign nationals. If you were due to travel with us during this time, we will have since been in touch to discuss your options.
Schools remain closed for the time being and international flights to/from India are suspended. Theatres, pools, cinemas and bars aren’t allowed to open either. It is expected – but not yet confirmed – these services will resume in September.
Indian Excursions Co had been working from home throughout the five lockdown phases. We returned to the office from Monday, 8th June 2020 while carefully implementing social distancing and other necessary precautions. Any staff who are not yet comfortable in returning are welcome to continue working from home.
